Connect to the right frequency ?
Before starting your day, do the same thing I do: connect your mind to the right frequency, the Word of God, and listen to His voice. Receive the joy of the Lord and express how grateful you are to Him.

Do you want to feel and cultivate deep joy? Joy that doesn’t depend on your circumstances or situation? If so, I invite you to choose to cultivate it from now on, based on the first habits we discussed this week.
As the morning comes, invite the Holy Spirit ☀️
The Holy Spirit is God accompanying you, speaking to you, and comforting you. When the Holy Spirit descends upon you, you’ll hear His words so you can treasure and write them down in your journal.
His promise will be fulfilled for you!
Actually, seeking God in the morning is essential and will impact your whole day! However, remembering what God is communicating to you is just as important as receiving it. Have a wonderful day in His presence!

“Meditate” is a word in the Bible. It’s derived from the Latin word “meditatiun,” which means “contemplation.” Meditation is biblical, not just Eastern. It’s very beneficial because it helps us to direct our thoughts towards what really matters.

Before carrying out your plan for this new year, God is asking you to stop everything and wait for His instructions, His direction. He wants to show you, step by step, His plans of peace, His kind intentions.
